Doug Nicholson
Chief Executive Officer
Doug leads the Oracle Mining operations team in the re-start of the Oracle Ridge Copper Mine. He has extensive experience in the construction and management of mining operations in North America and will also be directly involved in all aspects of the Corporation's strategic planning and business development. Prior to joining Oracle Mining, Doug worked with NovaGold Resources Inc. and served as President of Donlin Gold LLC, a 50/50 joint venture between NovaGold and Barrick Gold Corp., assuming that role during nine years of service between 2002 and 2011. At Kinross Gold from 1992-2002, he was responsible for scoping, scheduling, developing mine plans and staffing for the Fort Knox Mine. He holds a BSc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
Carlos Escribano
Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Carlos is a Certified General Accountant and graduate of the University of British Columbia. He has held several senior level accounting and financial reporting positions with publicly-listed companies in the mining industry. In his previous role, Carlos served as CFO and VP Finance for a resource company publicly listed in Canada and the USA. His experience includes financial and strategic management, debt and equity financing, regulatory compliance, internal controls, budgeting and transitioning to IFRS.
Jason Mercier
Vice President and Corporate Secretary
Jason has spent the past decade in Investor Relations, corporate and media relations and Corporate Secretary functions for public Canadian companies with $20M to $15B market capitalization. He has extensive experience with corporate governance issues, BCSC regulatory compliance, SEDAR/SEDI disclosure, corporate treasury and the corporate finance rules of the TSX Venture Exchange. Jason's background includes crisis and issues management at a boutique agency where he worked with senior executives in mining, investment, telecom, food, transportation, media, professional services, REIT and other sectors to respond to challenges and grow their respective businesses, as well as six years spent as a business reporter and editor.
Victor Rozon
Vice President Operations
Vic Rozon joined Gold Hawk in February 2008 to provide metallurgical and operational assistance to Company projects. He is a Haileybury School of Mines graduate with more than 25 years experience in the mining industry and has held numerous senior management positions domestically and internationally. Mr. Rozon also has an extensive background in metallurgy, plant design, feasibility studies, construction and operations. He was part of a team that pioneered heap leaching in Canada's cold climate and build Canada's first CIP plant. Some of his metallurgical expertise includes diamonds, copper, lead, zinc and industrial minerals such as bauxite and phosphate. At present, he is leading the team in the re-permitting of the Oracle Ridge Copper Mine.
Alex Langer
Vice President Capital Markets
Alex is a successful public markets specialist with over 8 years experience in all aspects of equity financing. He worked with Canaccord Financial for 4 years as an Investment Advisor. Prior to joining Oracle Mining in July 2011, Alex worked with numerous publically traded companies in various capacities including: Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Marketing. To date, Alex has helped raise over $100 million dollars for junior and mid-sized resource companies. Alex is also a founding Director of High North Resources, a TSX Venture Exchange listed company.
Paul O'Brien
Vice President Corporate Development
Paul has more than seven years of experience in gold equities research covering developing companies to senior producers as well as precious metals forecasting, during which time he was ranked in the top five of Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street Analyst Survey" for North American Mining Analysts two years in a row. His prior corporate advisory and investment banking experience includes more than nine years primarily focused on mining, while gaining global mining markets experience in Canada and Australia as a member of bank-owned capital markets groups. Most recently, Paul was a Partner at Gryphon Partners, a mining-focused corporate advisory and M&A firm that was recently acquired by Standard Chartered Bank. Paul received his B. Comm. from McMaster University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Kevin Francis
Vice President Technical Services
Kevin is a Professional Geologist and NI 43-101 Qualified Person with extensive experience in due diligence and technical studies of advanced development projects and operating mines. He has 25 years of Mine Geology/Technical Studies management experience, developed with operating and developmental mining companies and with an internationally recognized mining consultancy. He's championed best practices in mine geology and resource estimation at base and precious metal mines worldwide. He holds a B.A. and MSc in geology from the University of Colorado.
Nafissa Upright
Vice President Development and Human Resources
Nafissa is a Certified General Accountant with experience in head office and project site offices at mining operations in the U.S. and Canada. Most recently with NovaGold Resources Inc. Nafissa served as Manager of Finance and Administration at Donlin Gold LLC. While at Donlin Gold, Nafissa was part of the leadership team that established the strategic direction of the start-up company. She was responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions, all HR programs as well as co-ordinating the annual capital budget process, corporate life of mine planning and budgeting. She recruited, developed and championed a high-performance team of administrative, procurement, HR, accounting and IT personnel.
Tiffany Grenke, CA
Corporate Controller
Tiffany is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the University of British Columbia with significant experience in financial reporting (US & Canadian GAAP, IFRS). Tiffany articled with Deloitte & Touche LLP where she managed audit engagements for both Canadian and US listed public companies primarily in the mining and high tech industries. Prior to joining Oracle Mining Corp, Tiffany was the Corporate Controller for New Gold Inc. where she oversaw all aspects of external and internal financial reporting and completed the acquisition accounting and reporting for the three-way merger of New Gold Inc. with Metallica Resources Inc. and Peak Gold Ltd.
Luis Saenz
Chief Geologist
Luis is a University of Chihuahua graduate with more than 20 years' experience in the mining industry. Luis joined Oracle Ridge Copper in August 2011 and leads the geological drilling data processing and tabulation, including completion of the three-dimensional model block, data base validation and mapping process leading to completion of a NI 43-101 compliant technical report. Luis' exploration and operational experience includes leading the geology team with Genco Resources at the La Guitarra Mine (increased M & I reserves and resources from 236,700 tons / 451,000 tons to 14,000,000 tons / 13,000,000 tons ; plus, production increased from 110 to 320 tpd). At Gammon Lake Resources (now AuRico Gold) as Chief Geologist he led the team in the successful exploration, development and construction of Ocampo Mine.

Derek Price, MBA, CA
Director
Derek has spent most of his career in the mining industry. He was Vice President, Finance and CFO of molybdenum producer Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. from 2003 until his retirement in 2008. He was also Vice President, Finance and CFO of Glencairn Gold Corporation from 2003 to 2006. From 1996 to 2003, he was Vice President, Finance and CFO of Wheaton River Minerals Ltd (now Goldcorp Inc.). Prior to Wheaton River he spent four years as Vice President Finance of gold producer Granges Inc. and ten years in various roles with base metal producer Cominco Ltd. He is a member of both the Canadian and Australian Institutes of Chartered Accountants. Derek holds a MBA from Griffith University in Australia, and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Mark Forsyth
Director
Mark has spent 25 years working in Commodity Trading. He started his career in London in 1986 working for Marc Rich + Co. For the past nine years, Mark has been based in Zug, Switzerland where he was Head Trader at Marc Rich & Co Investment AG for seven years. More recently he worked for the Trafigura Group where he was senior trader and at the end of 2010 he formed his own consultancy group Cliveden AG based In Zug. Mark brings invaluable experience to Oracle Mining.
Alan Edwards
Director
Alan has three decades of diverse mining industry experience. His experience includes VP and Senior VP of Surface Mines at P.T. Freeport Indonesia's Grasberg, and as Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer of Apex Silver Mines Corporation, where he was responsible for the engineering, construction and commissioning of the San Cristobal mine in Bolivia. He served as CEO and President of Copper One Inc. and as CEO and President of Frontera Copper Corp. He is the former VP of Technical Services and Project Development and former VP of Operations of Kinross Gold Corporation. Alan holds a BSc in Mining Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona.
Gregory K. Liller
Director
Greg received his Bachelors in Geology from Western State College, Gunnison, Colorado in 1977 and has more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and mine development. He has played a key role in turning seven projects into producing mines and in his career has led to the delineation of more than 11 million ounces of gold and more than 500 million ounces of silver in reserves and resources. From 1993 to 2008, he served as an Officer and Director for a group of Canadian and Australian mining companies working in Mexico, including Gammon Lake, Mexgold, Santa Cruz and Genco. This work included the development and construction of the Lluvia de Oro Mine and the development of the Magistral Gold Mine.

Michel is an investor involved in senior financial ventures. Michel was formerly a financial analyst for brokerage firms in Montreal.
